File Formats (In order of Preference)
• Hi-Res PDF
• Adobe Photoshop CS4 or earlier
• Adobe Illustrator CS4 or earlier
• Adobe InDesign CS4 or earlier (include all fonts and links)

Sizing Specifications

Billboards and Exterior Prints viewed from long distance
1"=1' @300 to 600 dpi

Exterior Prints viewed from Medium to Short distance
1"=1' @600 to 750 dpi

Interior Prints and Exterior Prints viewed Short distance
full size @100 dpi

Additional Specifications

• All jobs need a purchase order before it goes to production.
• All fonts converted to outlines and included on disk.
• If PMS colors need to be matched the they should be spec. in file orwritten in purchase order.
• Bleed must be added to every file and crop marks place in view area.
