Foam Board Signs are ideal for indoor and outdoor applications. It is more durable than corrugated fiberboard and not as heavy as extruded plastic sheet. It's waterproof and also stain-resistant.

 

Foam board comes in White but can be fully printed on to match almost any color you could possible desire.

Foam Board Displays

Foam Board Displays are a cost effective display solution useful for retail displays, safety signs, exhibition panels, event signage, suspended displays and outdoor wall mounted signs. Coming in sheets of 4'x8' they are suitable for all public display areas. These tough, durable, Lightweight, and weatherproof foam boards can be used indoors and outdoors and are suitable for long term applications.

Foam board Sign with Full color Prints

This is the most common Foam Board sign we offer. With the help of Adobe Photoshop, we can simply print any Artwork no matter the complexity. When it comes to colors that isn't a problem either, with our full color printing we can turn any simple white Foam Board Sign into a colorful advertising wonderland.  This method is also preferred when running low quantity orders.

Some people may wonder how is it possible to put graphics on Foam Board signs without printing directly onto it? The answer is Pressure Sensitive Adhesive / Pressure Sensitive Vinyl. With this vinyl what we do is we print on a 54" Roll of Pressure Sensitive Adhesive. After giving the Pressure Sensitive Adhesive an hour to dry, we than choose either a Matte or Gloss Lamination to apply over the Pressure Sensitive Adhesive which acts as a protective layer for the Pressure Sensitive Adhesive. Once the Pressure Sensitive Adhesive has been Laminated and Cut we than apply it to the Foam board by a process called "Mounting", which is basically applying the Pressure Sensitive Adhesive to the Foam board. We have Professional Installers on staff to handle all of our mounting and installation. Our Foam Board Signs are made for outdoor / indoor use and they are rated to last about 3-5 years depending on enviromental conditions.

UV Foam Board Signs

​

Printer's Cove Miami can print directly onto Foam Board Signs.  Which lowers the production cost due to the time saved from finishing and trimming department.. We can print a full sheet if needed 8ft x 4ft ( Or any custom size). Our flatbed printers are UV printers which means the ink is cured instantly with UV Light and is more resistant to scratching and fading due to the Sun.

  • Indoors Foam Board Signs can easily be displayed using Velcro tape, suction cups or double sided tape.
