Vinyl Banners are a fast and economical way of advertising. Printer's Cove Miami has Large Format Printing capability, printing vinyl or mesh banners up to 10' wide and 100' long in one piece. However, our Wide Format Banner printing services don't stop there. Banners that are larger than 10 feet can be heat welded together in a process we call "Paneling". By paneling and welding the banner material or mesh material together, Vinyl banners are produced to Custom sizes of almost any width and length. Large Banners fall under the Wide Format Printing category which is our specialty. Large Vinyl Banners of any size can be printed and produced in as little as 2-3 days.

Custom Printed Banners are truly our niche, which is why we color profile our machines on a yearly basis to assure our machines' consistency with Pantone colors. Printing Machines are also recalibrated on a 3-month basis, making sure your text is sharp and easily viewable. Our print force consists of two 10-foot wide digital solvent printers, 64in UV for Adhesive Vinyls and a High-Resolution UV Flatbed for Coroplast and Foam board.
We are now also offering Printed Mesh Fence Banners. Our printing mesh banners are produced on a 9oz Mesh Banner to give you light but durable material. so you get the most life out of your banners.
Vinyl Banner Printing
Vinyl Banners are the most commonly used form of physical advertising since the beginning of its existence. When the vinyl is manufactured, they are made at different thicknesses to provide different product tiers. The standard vinyl is made at 13oz however 15oz banner is also available for Double Sided Banners as the thickness creates a "block-out" effect. Our Vinyl banners are printed on either Solvent or UV ink machines. These banners are commonly used by Schools raising awareness about field day, or businesses trying to bring in customers with a deal. Banners are cost-effective and can be used in nearly any space to offer a quick advertising solution. Our Printed Banners go up to 125in wide seamlessly which means we can produce the banner in one piece. If both of the banners dimensions are larger than 125in, we will then need to heat weld the banner together in panels.
Vinyl Banners should also only be used for Temporary Applications. The average Vinyl Banner should last at least 1 year outdoors depending on the direction it's facing. UV Coating can be applied to the banners to extend the life of the ink to about 2 years if needed. Below we also have the Finishing Options for all Vinyl Banner Orders. Please be sure to take the finishing options into consideration as this is how the banner will be installed. The finishing information will be needed when ordering.

"Big Blue" gets its name because of its massive size and sleek baby blue design. This 3-Meter press is ahead of its time helping us achieve the #1 Miami Banner Printing service! Dual heads allow us to print up to 18 passes which serves for the most high resolution prints there is. When it comes to Large format and Digital Printing, we run the show with Big Blue and all of our other machines running steadily behind.
"The XL" 10' Wide Press
"The XL" is the tank of our operation. Running for the past 11 Years and still producing like a champ. The HP Scitex pushes out a large some of our bulk banner printing. With this machine banner printing hasn’t been more efficient. With several tension rollers and heating elements this machine is built to last and it has! We have to give a big thanks to HP for this well designed banner printing machine.
"The 8000" 64" press
Lastly we have “The 8000”, Our banner printer with the highest resolution capability. We keep our 64in HP Designjet as part of our work force in order to make sure we take time on our smaller jobs. When you have two 3-meter presses it can be inefficient to run a small roll of 54in 3M vinyl when you can be pushing out a 126” Vinyl banner. To Maximize efficiency we have our special 8000s to handle all these jobs.
